About Margaret
With more than 20 years’ experience as a Special needs teacher, lead and director. I have a Master of Science in Early childhood and Special need education, Director's credentials, I am memeber of the associations of Director's, RBT( Register Behavior Therapist) experience. I am adept in curriculum selection, teacher development, and record administration. Moreover, while my on-the-job experience has afforded me a well-rounded skill set including first rate communication and leadership abilities. I excel at assessing student learning and proactively making changes to improve results.Choosing curricula that meets all requirements and fosters student learning.Develop best practices for consistent teaching across school. Accomodating and seeing what will be the best approach to learn to the individual needs.
I have been name teacher of the year twice. I have also experience in ABA ( Appy Behavior Analysis) and work colabratively with other therapist to assist and help and provide services to teach academics to clients such as: Occupational therapist, Physical therapist, speech and language and psuchologist to come up with a goals to meet the individual client.

In addition to my experience and personal qualities. I have a solid educational foundation and a passion for student development.
I have a Master of Science in Early childhood education and Special needs, undergraduate in Psychology. Head start and department of children and family training courses, Behavior analysis training, and student developement.
