All types. Beginners to Advance. Some special needs.
That the most important thing about being in the water is to relax. And learn to be safe first.
One of my favorite students, 6 years old was learning to keep his eyes open under water. When he lifted his head out of the water, his eyes were closed and he yelled I can't see! I responded, telling him open your eyes! It was so funny and cute. His parents loved it!
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
They're comfort level in the water. And what they're goals are in the water.
