About Panteha
I’ve always loved teaching and spending time with my students. Absolutely enjoy it when I see progress and improvement is my students. I’ve been teaching for a year and half, private and group swim lessons, and also aqua classes (water aerobics).
I’m Certified to teach by Red Cross, and I also have a CPR and AED certification.
Usually we first set some goals with my students, ( Such as learning how to swim, or loosing weight, and perfecting swimming techniques) and then lesson be lesson we get closer and closer to our goals. So far I’ve had lots of clients, from an 18 month kid who wants to learn how to swim or at least get comfortable in the water, to anyone who wants to get fit by swimming and rather to do the cardio in the water (so they can sweat without even feeling it) Overall we always have a good time during class, at the same time, we do some swimming and working out.
I used to be in a swim team for 3 years and I’ve also thought so many classes all over NYC.
