The process for teaching my students highly depends on their skill level starting off.
For beginners, the instruction begins with floating, learning to keep a straight body on the surface of the water, kicking efficiently and effectively, and then learning the 4 strokes.
For more advanced swimmers, the focus is on technique improvement and increasing capabilities in the water.
I have worked with all ages and skill levels. I have the most experience with children, but thoroughly enjoy teaching all ages!
