About Louise

In both group classes and private lessons, you get a great deal of invidiaul coaching. I am intuitive and tuned in to be able to observe your needs, your progress, and what will help you achieve your goals. We have a special spring flooring that makes it easier on the body. We have a large studio with beautiful sound system, gorgeous music, and lots of parking. You will always be welcomed with warmth, a smile and feel like family here.

I love teaching and sharing my knowledge and watching people grow. It's very fulfilling and love the beautiful feedback I receive.
