Experienced Tutor teaching basic math up to pre-calculus algebra to online students, anywhere.
Methodology
My bachelor's degree required at least a rudimentary understanding of college-level mathematics. As such, I am comfortable teaching any level of math up to pre-calculus algebra including algebra, geometry, and trigonometry.
My teaching style mainly consists of assisting students with their homework by going through the problems one-by-one, explaining the methodology along the way, often utilizing a digital drawing tablet showing the steps and creating a file that the student can use as a reference.
Background
I am a photographer by trade, but I've been tutoring on the side for two years at a local community college.
I averaged about three students per week, rotating in and out throughout the semesters. My recurring tutees regularly demonstrated a highly-improved understanding of the subject matter.
