About Minh
Hi, I’m Minh Nguyen. I began playing tennis as a freshman in high school in 2002 and immediately fell in love with the sport. I currently compete in a USTA 4.0 18+ league, where my team is undefeated and holds the top seed. I also recently joined an Impact Tennis Team league and look forward to continuing to challenge myself through competitive play.
Tennis has taught me the importance of discipline, sportsmanship, patience, and perseverance. Although I am beginning my coaching career, I bring more than two decades of experience with the sport, including varsity leadership and current competitive league play. I am excited to share what I have learned and help players develop strong fundamentals, greater confidence, and a lasting appreciation for tennis.
What I love most is helping others improve while creating a positive and encouraging environment. My coaching approach emphasizes clear communication, individualized instruction, proper technique, consistency, movement, and confidence. I want every player to feel supported, challenged, and proud of their progress.
Tennis Life stands out because the focus is not only on improving skills, but also on helping players grow on and off the court. Whether someone is holding a racket for the first time, returning to tennis after a break, or preparing for competitive play, my goal is to make each lesson engaging, productive, and tailored to the player’s needs.
