About Junior
Tiny Tots
The Tiny Tots program is to help introduce the basics of tennis; teaching hand eye coordination, motor skills. Tiny Tots is offered 1 day per week. Right sized Tennis
format & equipment will be utilized in this group.
Wednesdays 4 – 5pm
Futures II
The Pee Wees and Futures II programs focus on the basic fundamentals of tennis through hand eye coordination, motor skills, balancing, racket basics and lots of fun. Right sized Tennis format & equipment will be utilized in this group.
Wednesday 4:00 – 5:00pm
Saturday 9:00 - 10:30
Futures I
This program is designed for our junior players who compete in tournaments at a novice or open level. Players will learn stroke fundamentals & techniques as well as strategy & mental toughness. This program is a stepping-stone to our “Academy” and is designed to develop each player individually. We offer advice on Nutrition, Video analysis, Goal setting, Training log & match play & tournament coaching in a competitive setting.
Tuesday/Thursday 4:30 – 6:00
Academy
This program is made especially for our dedicated junior players who compete at Futures, Supers & National level. To make it to the next level, YOU need this program. We offer the complete package that gives you the opportunity to reach your full potential as a player. Our training program develops a player in 4 areas: Technical, Tactical, Physical, & Psychological. We believe that by covering these areas, we can ensure a players’ complete development. In addition to these areas, we offer advice on nutrition, mentoring programs, video analysis, goal setting, training log, & competitive program, including tournament coaching.
