About Max
Fun fact: I once ran a mile in 4:20 exactly. Hi, my name is Max. I love working with students! The most rewarding part of tutoring for me is when a new concept “clicks” with a student - their excitement is contagious, and it’s a privilege to be able to help them reach that point!
I partner with students on a one-on-one basis in the SAT and ACT through SoFlo Tutors, my tutoring agency. I scored in the top percentile on both exams, graduated from Willamette University, and have been tutoring with SoFlo for 3 years. My methodology is analysis, strategy, and practice. Your student will take a free diagnostic test first so that we can identify their needs. Next, we will create a plan to address those needs, and finally, we will practice using real exams to prepare them to take the official test.
