About Lisa
I am a violin teacher with 32 years of experience teaching.
I have been an orchestra teacher in the public schools for 22 years. I am certified in Music K-12.
I have a degree in Music Education from the Florida State University. I have completed additional studies in Salzburg and Eisenstadt, Austria.
I have played violin professionally in many orchestras and as a free-lance musician.
I have won awards including Teacher of the Year and the American Legion Award for service to youth. I have conducted all-county orchestras, adjudicated for music performance assessments, and actively participated in professional organizations.
My goals are to foster my students' love for music and give them the skills they need to be successful.
I enjoy helping my students so they may enjoy making music.
