About Lee

Ka Ulukoa firmly believes that fundamentals are ciritical to long-term success. We are process oriented and breakdown footwork patterns, bio-mechanics, and situational application. Athletes that come through our program are in a better position to self-correct because they have a baseline on the "how to."

Ka Ulukoa has achieved more National Championships then any other juniors volleyball organization in Hawaii. We have 12 gold, 2 silvers, and 3 bronze medals at Junior National Championships.

As a Head Coach, Lee Lamb has been in the HHSAA State Championship Final in each of the last 4 years, winning 2 of them. He has also won a gold medal at USA Volleyball's High-Performance Championship and a silver and bronze medal at Junior National Cahmpioships. Along with several top 10 finishes in the open division (highest level in juniors volleyball).

In addition, ninety percent of the athletes that graduate from Ka Ulukoa's program go on to play at the collegiate level. Many of them experience significant amounts of play time and have a substantial impact on their respective teams.

Although we have a long history of success and working with top-tier athletes, you do not have to be an all-star athlete to benefit from our program. All athletes leave our program with better skills and undersatnding then when they arrived. If you apply yourself, you will experience significant gains.

On a personal level, I love helping young athletes achieve their goals. I enjoy connecting with athletes and providing information and know how that will serve them for many, many years. Bottomline, I love helping and watching athletes thrive!
