About Sarah

I have a passion for:

I get to live out my passion for coaching and training everyday while using the science I love. This is why I got started!

I played NCAA collegiate volleyball and coach elite club volleyball.

I hold a Masters Degree in Behavior Analysis from the University of North Texas. I am a Registered Behavior Technician with the Behavior Analysis Certification Board and soon I will be a certified and licensed Behavior Analyst.

About the lesson

How Does It Work?

Our first session is always FREE. This will allow us to evaluate an appropriate training program that will accelerate the process of meeting individual goals

Players will focus on the fundamentals to improve their overall skills. Sessions will have a personal feel as our coaches will provide individual feedback, review video, and chart their progress by using data analytics powered by sports behavior analysis.

Level 1: Pinpointing form and technique in Isolation

Level 2: Perfecting fluent fundamentals in Movement

Level 3: Transferring accelerated skills into game situations in Game Play.

I have worked with beginners as early as 6 years old, all the way to adults. I also work with children and adults withi speical needs.

TeamABA has work with people from the age of 6 years old on up. We have consulted with the NBA, NFL, NCAA, as well as many applied behavior analysis agencies all over the country.
