With a BEng in Mechanical Engineering and a PGCE specialising in Physics, I've spent years teaching both in the UK and abroad, most recently at a British university in Bahrain. Typical Length of a Lesson: Each lesson typically lasts 60 minutes, providing ample time to explore topics in depth and address any questions or difficulties the student may have. For those preparing for exams or needing extra support, longer sessions can be arranged to ensure thorough understanding and preparation.
Qualifications and Experience: I hold a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Mechanical Engineering and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) with a specialisation in Physics. I have extensive teaching experience, having taught physics in the UK and mathematics and engineering at a British university in Bahrain. Additionally, my background in the Royal Navy has given me a strong foundation in discipline, problem-solving, and practical applications of engineering and scientific principles, which I bring to my tutoring.
