About Alejandra

Each of our 1-hour classes combines elements from a variety of Eastern practices to enhance your physical, mental and spiritual health. Body & Brain maximizes the benefits from your physical exercise by developing your ability to use mindful breathing and relaxed concentration.

About the lesson

Hi!
It is very simple, basically first we have an introductory class together that we can do either online or at the studio. You can sign up directly by messaging me through here.
The purpose of this meeting is for you to share with me what is your main goal for practicing, your experience level, and also update me on any injuries or precautions I should be aware about regarding your condition.
From there I can have a better idea what classes to recommend for you and design a program together.

Different types of students. Range is very wide, from 16 up to 81. From different backgrounds and body/mind conditions.
When it comes to tai chi and energy yoga it is rare to have limitations, so almost anyone can practice.

Make sure you can connect with them well first and that they have a humble and caring mind towards you.

Recently taught an online Qigong class with over 60 attendees. From different parts of the city and even of the US. Very beautiful experience!
