Hello, my name is Kirstin. I've been a certified instructor since 2021 and practicing for over 10 years.
Working with me is a soft landing. There’s no pressure to perform or be anything other than who you are, exactly as you are. Whether you’re new to yoga and meditation or returning after a long pause, I meet you where you are—with care, compassion, and patience.
Our time together is about creating space—space to breathe, to feel, to release, and to reconnect. I offer gentle guidance rooted in presence, and I always move at your pace. You’ll be supported in a way that feels safe and grounded, with room to explore what serves your body, mind, and spirit.
