About Emilee
I focus on breath to movement and positive self affirmation. I also give adjustments when necessary. I love helping students love themselves more and improving strength.
I had been training in classes for close to 10 years and decided to get certified.
I am a certified yoga instructor. I also have been a group fitness instructor for 2 years at various clubs including LA Fitness.
