About Ryan
We have a state of the art Yoga studio located in the foothills of Auburn Ca. We have been in business for 3 years and I have been teaching yoga full time for 9 years. Prior to that I owned my own personal fitness and nutrition business in Roseville for over 10 years with great success before teaching yoga full time.
Practiced for a few years and then loved it so much I wanted to share with others.
I have a BA in Health Promotion and many certifications in Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching. As well as many years and hours of training one on one as well as groups. C.H.E.C.K institute is where I have studied after college. Then many yoga trainings along the way.
