About Becky
I love to help people feel better in thier bodies and minds. Maybe you're recovering from an injury, or maybe you've never been very active and you'd like to start moving your body some more. Maybe you need help with your postpartum recovery. Maybe that you're an athlete, and you've heard about the benefits of yoga for your cross training and mental performance. I can help with all of these things and more.
I loved that wonderful feeling I had in savasana and thought there had to be more to it, and I wanted to be involved i nwhatever it was. Then I was looking for carrer change, and found a teacher training, and loved it SO much!

I like to have a conversation with a new student to really understand what they need, & design a plan for this future will being. If they'd rather, they can fill out an intake form and then meet to begin working. A commitment to 4 or more classes is needed to feel change begin, but a sample class is an option if needed.
Women 30's and up.

No. Ideally, I'd like to make $65/ hour. There's an additional fee if we rent a yoga studio or you're more than 15 miles away, and I drive to you. But if we do it virtually, we can be more flexible on price, & I like to accommodate people's needs. We can negotiate.
