About Abra

I have been studying the practice of yoga for over six year and received my teacher train in Spring of 2018. I currently work at a studio and work as a Yoga and Pints instructor/host. My true passion is working with students one in one to help them build a deeper understanding of themselves and their practice. I have a background in Massage Therapy and work with oracle cards for students with a desire to take things to a deeper spiritual level.

I received my 200 hr through Eagle Yoga House last year and am RYT certified. I originally sought my education in Massage Therapy, while that is no longer my main focus I have a lot of knowledge about the body and the best approaches to the individual ailments of my students.

About the lesson

Either my students come to me or I to them, we begin the practice with a short meditation and move into a full length practice. Every sequence is individualized for each student and their level of experience. If the student is interested in a reading I bring out my cards before the meditation and we take a moment to sit with what the cards have unveiled.

The best advice I can give a student seeking a teacher is to follow your intuition. Not every teacher is right for every student and that is okay.

Details

Standard pricing is $50 an hour, $75 for an hour and a half. I offer special pricing for those students who book multiple sessions at once.
