About Daryna

I truely believe that Kundalini Yoga is a life-changing practice. It helps you to be healthy, happy and stay aware.

"Kundalini Yoga is the science to unite the finite with Infinity, and it's the art to experience Infinity in the finite." -Yogi Bhajan

Kundalini Yoga brings your energy up and reduces your stress level. Once you know how to master your mind, you will be able to master anything in your life.

I finished 220 hour teacher's training in RYK and teach Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan.

I can share wonderful benefits of Kundalini Yoga with the other people and be the lighthouse for those who needs it.

I realized how many benefits I got practicing Kundalini Yoga, it changed my life and I wanted to share this beautiful experience with other people. After I got my certificate I started teaching private classes, having outdoor classes at the park and working for a few yoga studios in town
