I have been a certified movement instructor for 5 years with a BFA in Dance from University of the Arts and a 200HR RYT Certificate in Power Vinyasa with focus on gentle and restorative yoga, and meditation in group settings. I have great passion in helping people connect to their bodies, finding joy in movement, and promoting safe space for movement exploration. Amongst hectic city life, I am here to provide a pocket of peace, mindfulness, and space to come back to your body again!
