About Sarah

Having learned yoga in India, I bring to my sessions the knowledge of yoga in its roots. I meet each client where he/she is at, moving at a pace that is desirable for them. I build on each session to increase stength, balance, and flexability.

I teach vinyasa yoga, linking breath and movement for a full mind and body practice. My clients' safety always comes first. Having 3 injuries myself, I am especially mindful of the body's limits and abilities. Please reach out to me with any questions.

I enjoy bringing the philosophy of yoga to each session. Yoga is more than just a physical exercise, it is a connection between mind, body, and breath.

I love when students have questions and being a resource to help them on whatever journey they are on

Once I returned to US, after recieving my certification, I was eager to put my new skills to work. I was hired at two yoga studios and one gym. I have thuroughly enjoyed teaching at all of these locations.

I completed my 200HR Yoga Teacher certification in Mysore, India.

About the lesson

I have taught kids yoga sessions (ages 7 to 10) and my oldest client is 78 years old. My typical client, however, is 30 to 45 years old.
