About Jenn
At Ohm Shala Yoga, we teach traditional Hatha yoga, which is the daily practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), in an effort to bring balance and peace to the mind and body, as well as to prepare the mind and body for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation. Our Hatha yoga classes are great for beginners or students who prefer a more relaxed, holistic approach to yoga that aims to improve muscle strength, tone and flexibility.
