About Kelli

I help you figure out what is going to work for you in your current life situation. You have all the knowledge you need at your fingertips. But can you make the changes you want to?

That’s where I come in. Together, we explore this. I’m here to hold you accountable for making these changes, support you at every step, and give guidance/information as needed. I have made many health and wellness life changes personally over the past 7 years. I can guide you based on personal experience, as well as education, to meet your wellness goals.

It’s not impossible. It’s a challenge. Are you up for it? Having support while making these changes is the only way to succeed in making lasting lifestyle changes. If you are ready, I’m here to help you.

I enjoy helping others discover more about themselves. Whether that’s achieving something they never thought or never knew they could do or reestablising healthy lifestyle goals, watching others succeed is incredible!

Candlelight Gentle Flow Yoga every other Sunday in Winthrop, MA.

1 to 1 Private Yoga sessions may be available Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday.
