I'm a certified yoga sculpt instructor by CorePower Yoga

I have been practicing yoga for 7 years, and yoga sculpt for 1 year

I’m a group fitness instructor too, with a focus on strength training and high intensity interval training.

About the lesson

I communicate abundantly with new students to figure out their specific fitness needs/goals/interest. Based on those, I customize and modify class structure, types of exercises, flow of movements, music selection, props, and frequency of practice to match their needs as closely as possible. I also keep track of their progress, performance, and feedback in order to improve on my teaching for them. Outside of class, I'm willing to communicate with them if they have questions about complimentary exercises, meal plans, and healthy living habits.

My first experience doing yoga sculpt and it couldn’t have been better! Lan is super friendly, attentive and the work out is modified to my level. I highly recommend her if you’re looking for a great yoga sculpt instructor.
