I loving helping people feel their best! Planning a yoga practice that makes someone feel refeshed and renewed is what I love so much about what I do.

Sarah Weatherford holds a Masters in Health Psychology (the Psychology of Human Behavior and why we do what we do) and a 200 hour Yoga Certification with a focus in Ayeurvedic knowledge.
I love getting to know the person as we practice and tailor a yoga practice to fit them!
I have been practicing for almost a decade and realized that I needed to help others in this way. I quit my corporate job in may of 2019 and trained for my yoga certification that fall.
I have a Masters in Health Psychology helping me see how health affects our lives. How what we do and don't do says are both informative. I also hold a 200 hour yoga certification.

Initially we have a short 15-20 minute consultation to see if working together is a right fit. If so, we will start with a mobility class to determine you body mobility and fitness level. I will then write out a plan and we will start private lessons!
I have worked with people who have many limitations to those who have full mobility. Ranging from bulging discs, frozen shoulder and carpal tunnel form desk jobs.
Find someone who you mesh well with. They're teaching you from their heart so be open to learning and holding space.
A recent event I am fond of is teaching my little cousin with cerebral palsy yoga and having an absolute blast.

Yes, my consultation is free. My mobility assessment class is $20 and my lessons are $65 a class. I do monthly rates and I also have a sliding scale.
