About Shakta
Each session includes yoga exercises/postures, deep relaxation with the gong and meditation! You will feel calmer, more centered and GOOD ... guaranteed ... afterwards.
The change in the people I work with over time is quite beautiful to observe. It's the feeling of being being part of someone else's personal growth and development.
