About Darby
Vinyasa Flow 200 HR RYT
I teach yoga : to share the enlightening benefits it has bestowed upon me over the years. I want everyone to feel stronger mentally, physically and spiritually.

MENTALLY : my vinyasa power flow will increase your confidence, provide mental clarity, and above all challenge you to face your limitations head on.
PHYSICALLY : my vinyasa power flow will strengthen your back, tighten your core, increase your flexibility,
SPIRITUALLY : my vinyasa flow will lift the stressful weight from your shoulders helping you to feel enlightened and touched by a higher power
Post graduating from Auburn University with a bachelor's degree in Apparel Merchandising I went on to study Vinyasa Flow and acquired my 200 hour Teacher Training through Yoga Alliance at Yogafly.
