About Cindy
I became a Certified Gentle Yoga and Certified Mindfulness Meditation teacher because I wanted to connect with ease, joy and peace in body, mind and heart. And what a journey it’s been! Yoga and Mindfulness transformed my way of relating to life. As a result, I started sharing these peaceful practices in 2012, providing instruction in mindfulness meditation and gentle yoga to clients. Along with my husband, we started a meditation community and now provide weekly meditation circles, one day and 3 to 5 day residential retreats.
These practices help us gain clarity of mind, connect with inner wisdom and cultivate the heart of compassion.

I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years, and meditations for 15 years. I have attend it over 13 retreats and baby yoga training‘s. I am a Certified Kripalu Gentle Yoga Teacher, a Certified Meditation Instructor and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.
