About Jocelyn
I focus on a four point model of Wellness for Women: Mental, Emotional, Physical, and Spiritual. When teaching one-on-one yoga, I provide Wellness Focused Yoga. I enjoy providing a space of retreat, a time for opening up the body, and for reconnecting with the self. My practice prioritizes intrapersonal experience over a primary focus of "working out." For life coaching, I specialize in supporting women in mental health and wellness, and offer my signature "Coffee Cup Support Program."
