About Ela

I design my Private Yoga classes according to the needs and aspirations of my students. Whether they focus on flexibility, strength, stress relief, weight control or whether they want to work towards a specific Yoga Pose. I focus on alignment and safety of the student. I make sure that the poses are done in a safe and beneficial way. I teach different styles of Yoga (Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Yogasculpt, Hot) therefore I am able to tailor to the different needs of my students. I am an experienced teacher with more than 400 hours of training and more than 500 hours of teaching. I have been teaching for 6 years. I currently teach full-time at YogaPOD Dallas and SMU Dedman Center for recreation. You can try one of my classes at YogaPOD for free. Check me out on instagram @yogella_dallas
