About Denise
Motivation, support and optimism to help clients reach THEIR goals not mine. My client's are over 50 and our goal is over 50 feeling 40 and living the life you were designed to live.
I have been living a full, active life for many years when I decided I wanted to take my passion and help others do the same. Certified fitness instructor, Yoga instructor Zumba instructor, AMPD instructor, water aerobics, Tabata and Silver Sneakers/Senior Fitness.
