About Cassandra
Yoga found me in 2011 when I was fresh out of high school. It was my escape from working two jobs, going to culinary school, and a welcomed switch up from my usual brutal workout routines. Yoga helped me to create confidence and stability not only within the views I had of myself and my body but also in the world I was creating around me.
After traveling from studio to studio, experimenting with multiple styles of yoga, and experiencing the communities each one has to offer I found my home at Container Collective in Lakewood Colorado in 2016. There I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training through Baptiste Institute's Expand Your Power under Brittany Hopkins and Rachel Nelson.
As a yoga instructor, I am committed to creating an open energetic environment for my students to learn to love and express their True North.
As a being, I am committed to being a part of nature, loving all, especially my daughter and 2 puppies, and nourishing myself and those around me with personal connection and healthy food!

The atmosphere was awesome and the classes and instructors are very kind and caring has great classes for all levels. Feel so good after a class.
It is a great environment, and Cassie is a wonderful instructor. She is very knowledgeable and accepting of all.
Intimate setting is wonderful., Cassie is an amazing instructor, her calm voice helps me focus on my practice. Elizabeth is also wonderful, but I usually am only able to make it to Cassie's classes. They are both very knowledgeable, kind, and welcoming.
The intimate setting, the thought put into every little detail, everyone is welcome, expertise of instructor.
Very great teacher, calming atmosphere, just an overall great experience.
