About Cortney
I Travel to schools and work spaces to meet my students and explore the benefits of this mind-body practice, incorporating conscious breath work with body movement, relieving stress and tensions in the mind and body. I am a registered RYT-200 through Yoga Alliance, CPR/first aid certified, and have over 50 hours of teaching experience in my first year of teaching.
