About Denise
I have been teaching for over ten years. I have over 1000 hours of instruction. I have my studio available with all equipment needed.
Yoga is a passion to help others grow in body mind and soul. My experience in yoga has been with Hansa Knox who owns Prana Yoga Mandala Center. She has been owned her yoga school for over twenty years. My education was for three years and received a certification for over 1000 hours. I currently teach privates and classes to a company Century Link.
