About Rachael
I am 200 hr certified in Vinyasa yoga since 2014 and educator in the Maryland School system since 1991. I have many years of teaching all levels. I provide life coaching and weight loss services to teach clients how to problem solve and met their goals, as well as listen to their bodies and to reach their desired weight. Hire me to help you experience peace and reach your fullest potential on the mat and in life one breath at a time.
I find joy in helping people to increase their strength and flexibility. I provide hands on adjustments and help individuals stretch and go deeper into each pose.
