About Georgia

My joy is to share with my students how to embrace their whole self through the healing modalities of yoga, sacred dance, and essential oils.

My training is in Tantric hatha yoga, both traditional and nontraditional Middle Eastern dances, near eastern dances, and in wellness with Doterra Essential Oils.

With my students and I, the relationship is collaborative, so that your health and well-being, and my teaching style, combine together to create the best possible outcome for your unique wellness goals.

Students can expect to feel safe, centered, grounded, and well balanced with my mindful approach- so that realize again and again: You are exactly where you need to be at this moment, and that you are enough as you are currently, and that you can expand your bandwidth for this life with each rise and fall of the breath. For it is the breath is our source for life force and vitality that is our divine birthright and fuels our innate purpose.

Together we will embark upon this human experience and journey of the self, with your interests and needs at the forefront of our time together.

The teacher inside each of us is the most important teacher of all.
