About Angela
We are a collective of healers, teachers, artists, and community organizers who want to make yoga accessible to everyone and every Body. No matter skill level and limitations, we have yoga to suit your needs! We do in studio teaching, as well as in-home and online!
I enjoy bringing people tools they need for self improvement and self discovery. Yoga changed my life and helped me deal with my stress. It has also brought my physical body into alignment. I feel better in my skin because of yoga and I love sharing this practice to help others feel the same.
