About Leslie

Greetings!

I'm Leslie and I have been instructing yoga for over three years. I first began my journey at a local YMCA and absolutely loved it. I then became certified in NYC and have been teaching since then in NY and NJ. I have a 200 Yoga Teacher Certification as well as Reiki Level 1.

My clients love how intuitive I am when it comes to the human body and its function. With clients I develop a unique routine focused on strengthening and stretching their bodies. Everybody is different starting with a private session will put you on the right track.

I love teaching yoga because I get to show people how amazing their bodies are. I enjoy discovering new tricks along their journey. I often find how to get into the pose before the pose. I help create routines to do at home for the week to achieve your goals sooner. Weather they are just to learn yoga, to help low back pain, limps, hunch back, inflexibility, ect

I took a local class once and was so inpired I found a place to get certified
