I work with women who struggle with their bodies and are done approaching weight-loss with exaggerated intensity, deprivation, and ready to take on a more kind and loving journey.

I understand that the female body needs a more gentle approach. With my mindful, functional workouts and coaching, I guide women like you to genuinely love your body and honor who you are.

About the lesson

I ask everyone who is interested in working with me to fill out a form and schedule a 30 minutes phone call with me. After the call when we decide that we are a good match for each other I provide a free intro workout, where we meet in person. It gives both of us a chance to see how well we can work together. We decide on which package fits the clients needs the most and start the program.

I work with mostly women who want to lose weight or get in shape, for whom it is important to achieve their goal by creating more balance and harmony in their lives.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Goals are important, but knowing how they want to feel when they achieve their goal is even more important. The program they sign up for needs to give them the same feeling as what they expect from the achievement.
