About Summer
We offer Sunrise, Morning + Sunset Yoga classes on the Beach in Waikiki.
No Mat? No Problem! We provide non-slip yoga mats, hand towels and water.
Our classes are a challenging, full body workout that include restorative postures that target the stiffness and discomfort that travel (our modern lifestyles) can cause. We offer options for beginners and advanced students.
Get lost in the beauty, sound and smell of the ocean as you flow! Be prepared to work your core, sweat and get your heart rate up, then melt into your mat for some restorative stretching and a blissful Savasana under the shade of the palms.
