About Elisabeth
I have been practicing yoga for 35 years. It is my passion! I travel to my customers, providing private and group yoga lessons for individuals, couples, pool parties, family reunions and bridal parties.
I had a real desire to teach yoga because of my love for it. I finally decided to take yoga teacher training, so that I could share my love of it with people.
Registered and Certified Yoga Teacher with 200 hours of formal training.

I have a telephone conversation with my student or party organizer to find out about their needs. Then I custom design their practice based on duration, preferred style of yoga and any physical limitations.
I have worked with adults of all ages.
Price is not an indicator of ability. I would suggest hiring a yoga teacher who is registered and certified to teach yoga.
i recently taught a yoga class at a pool party for a lady and her friends. It was great fun.
