About Trudy

I am a teacher of Viniyoga, a style of yoga that is designed to match the student exactly where they are as they begin. The practice is safe. I follow the lineage closely. Viniyoga is a practice that uses breath and movement in a sequence that is always safe for the student. The beginer will love the program because they will feel accomplished right from the start. The program is designed for the student to match their ability always.

My passion as a teacher is helping the student achieve their goals in a safe compassionate way. Yoga is about calming the mind first and then second finding the stamina for work on the mat. This will never change. As a teacher I am still working on being the student myself. Any body can do Viniyoga no matter what their current physical condition. I start where you can begin.
