About Karen
Personalized care, excellent communication and flexibility. I am a RN and able to parlay that knowledge with my yoga. I am able to teach different types of yoga and give clear concise instructions from beginners to advanced practitioners!
i Love yoga and want to be able to share my love with people. Yoga has been around for 8000 yrs. Theres nothing to sell, it speaks for itself! I love to watch people progress on their journey and discover new things about themselves. I can’t turns into I never thought I would be able to do this!
I have 200 hr of yoga teacher training. I am a lifetime student of yoga and believe that yoga can transform and enrich your life. I have been an RN for over 20 yrs and have a solid understanding of anatomy and how it relates to exercise and movement. Medications and how they relate to exercise will be addressed.
