About Briella
Briella is a 500 hour RYT in the Las Vegas area. She is passionate about meditation, breathwork and and overall union and balance of the body connecting everything from its emotional to its physical parts. She currently teaches a variety of classes at a studio in the area and would love to be able to reach more people to help them acheive a sense of peace and experience more mindfulness allowing them to be present in their everyday life as well as feel physically better in their body!
Connecting with people and sharing the practice of yoga which extends to all areas of life, not just in an hour long session. The tools taught in a yoga practice are accessible 24/7.
