About Sohaila

I Am a Master GUIDE/Ambassador of KUKUWA's MOVEs, that I have learn to incorporate with SOUNDs; getting all ready to explore the world without passport by STENCIL in MUSCLEs we didn't KNOW we have from crown of head to soul of feet. We further demonstrate a “MEDITATIVE STYLE" giving body "Fresh Air In" with "Clean Air Out". Achieved through the BODY with WEIGHTs, ENERGIZING the BODY through MUSIC 🎶 DANCE 💃🏽;

My enjoyment comes from my students who I guide yet I found that they guide me. Designing SOUNDs from their CULTURE to incorporate with the MOVEs. Then we establish a blueprint allowing them their designative SOUND/MOVEs to their liking... we have lots of fun! The mind is a strong instrument that they put to use for SELF. I stay delighted!!!

My program began in 2006 I continue learning from the choreographer my Mentor way before I decided to enrolled in becoming an Ambassador of "KUKUWA's MOVEs"
