About Melanie
We are a complete Holistic Wellness Center offering yoga class of 7 or less people to focus on each individuals needs and goals for the entire class. We also offer 1-on-1 sessions with yoga flows that are created specifically for you and your current yoga goals. We also offer services of chiropractic care, massage therapy, acupuncture and red-light therapy to enhance your yoga experience.
Learned about the health benefits of different types of yoga while studying integrative medicine and obtaining my degree in holistic health professions.
