Yoga is a work-out but it is also a work-in. I will teach you through meditation, yoga and mindfulness to travel to the deep center of yourself while you keep your body flexible, strengthen your muscles, disolve your tensions, activate your energy and keep your mind positive.

* Also trained in Y12SR (Yoga 12 Steps Recovery, for recovery population, Fantastic Explorers (kids yoga), Trauma Informed (empower youth who are at-risk or in-crisis, through mindfull movements and yoga), Yin Yoga
* 1st Aid CPR/AED
