About Anastasia

Ana discovered yoga ten years ago, at a time when the success she worked so hard to get, didn't bring her the hapiness she thought it would. Embarking on a lifelong journey of being a yoga student, Ana has uncovered a new way of being that she wishes to share with the rest of the world. She completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training in Puerto Viejo, Costa Rica in 2016 and has been teaching across the world since then - in NYC, Paris, and now LA. Her style is a slow breath-conscious vinyasa flow.

My favorite thing about teaching yoga is seeing my students evolve - and not just in their asanas but also mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. That is how we change the world - one soul at a time.

Immediately after I finished my yoga teacher training, I began teaching in a studio in Brooklyn, NYC through which I completed my training.

I am a 200 hour certified yoga instructor since 2016 and I've taught both in studios as well as private classes over the world.

About the lesson

During our first session, we will go over all the things that draw you to yoga and incorporate them into our practice. Whether it's for better flexibility, pain management, mindfulness practice, or a bit of everything - we will create a flow personally designed to your needs.

Most of my experience comes from working with yogi beginners who are at the beginning stages of their yoga journeys.

The best way to choose a yoga teacher is using your intuition. You should look for someone you somehow feel most connected to or whose presence brings you sense of relief.
