Kundalini Yoga is a unique type of yoga because it incorporates meditation, breathing exercises, mantra and movement into every single class.

That’s why they call it the Queen of all Yogas. It’s basically fitness for your body, mind and soul.

You’ll leave class feeling more centered, invigorated and just out right happy.

It’s the perfect yoga for anyone wanting to move their body, relax their mind and find that spark for life again.

This workout is fun, for all levels and for all ages.

You can come to a group class at Siesta Yoga (Franklin & Western Avenue) for 10 dollars.

On Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

Or we can schedule private lessons at the studio or in your home.

I'm also available for workshops and retreats around the issues of Life Purpose, Fitness, Inner Beauty, Self-Esteem, Activism Finding Your Voice, Emotional Balance, Depression, Anxiety, Stress-Relief, Focus & Concetration, Meditation.

I teach at Siesta Yoga in the Los Feliz-Hollywood area.

Every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday morning 7:30-8:45am.

I love creating a safe space where students can tap into their inner strength to reconnect with their bodies and their minds creating beautiful experiences for themselves on the mat and off.

I’m so grateful to be sharing this technology with you, the transformation that happens with Kundalini Yoga is truly magical.

I am a 220 hour KRI & Yoga Alliance certified teacher of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan®.

My teacher is the world-renowned Sat Siri, and I trained with her at the Wanderlust studio in Hollywood.

About the lesson

First, I would like to listen and hear what you are working on. Overall fitness, calming the mind or maybe stress-relief.

Are there any health issues, soreness, pain?

Then we’ll just jump right in with a class tailored to your experience and fitness level.

Students of all ages and experience levels.
Students with health issues.
Students going through a transition period in their lives.
